From Homebaker to Patisserie Owner with Jane Tan

“What made you want to start this business?”

Jane Tan from RÓA Midnight, a well-known artisanal patisserie in Singapore for one, has a strong reason of why she is in business.

Jane is the founder of RÓA Midnight, an artisanal patisserie that is home to the iconic Midnight cake, a delicious chocolate cake that interestingly uses avocados instead of butter. Previously working in the banking sector, she is currently a trained pastry chef who actually started her business journey as a home baker. She is also a mom to 2 young girls – 4 and 7 years old.
